The hotel "Ilmenauer Hof" is conveniently located, the market place, the city centre and the hiking trails are only a few minutes walk away. The town hall and the Goethe Stadt Museum are only a five minute walk away. Our 50 rooms have all been completely renovated. Active holidaymakers benefit from the neighbouring fitness studio, for hikers and cyclists we have touring material available and for bicycles we offer a lockable bike room.

The hotel "Ilmenauer Hof" offers you individual comfort and modern equipment. It has a total of 50 rooms. An in-house garage and parking spaces are at your disposal. In our house you will find the breakfast room for the breakfast buffet, a fitness area and a restaurant with terrace. All floors can be reached by lift. WiFi is installed for internet access.

Location description
From the exit Ilmenau-West of the A71 simply follow the B4 / B88 to Ilmenau. You will find us on the left side of the road at the level of the Penny supermarket and the Greek restaurant "Irodion".
From the exit Ilmenau-Ost or the Technical University of Ilmenau follow the B4 / B88 through the city in the direction of the motorway A71 exit Ilmenau-West. Then you will find us on the right side of the road.
The city centre with the railway station and the hiking trails are only a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop ("Ilmenau Erfurter Hof") is also in the immediate vicinity and is regularly served by various lines of the IOV Ilmenau.
Bicycle rental
From now on you can also rent mountain bikes from us! The bikes are delivered directly to the hotel. And always remember: Ride with a bike helmet, because safety comes first.
